Dear Brainspark Team,

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Brainspark and especially to Shawn’s tutor for all the support, guidance and effort you have given him throughout this short but intensive period.

Brainspark is truly a very experienced and professional PTE centre, and what impressed me most was not only your knowledge and teaching techniques, but also how responsible and dedicated everyone was. Even though Shawn had very limited time to prepare, his tutor did her very best to identify the areas he needed to improve, teach him the right strategies, and help him prepare as much as possible within such a short time.

As a mother, I could see how hard Shawn was working and how nervous he was, so I was worried for him too. Today, seeing him successfully achieve the score he needed means so much to us. I truly believe that without the professional guidance and support from Brainspark, it would have been much more difficult for him to achieve this result in such a short period of time.
